Construction Technology That Site Teams Will Actually Use

Head office buys the platform; the site decides whether it survives. Designing for gloves, glare, and patchy connectivity.

Site software lives in the worst possible conditions: bright sun, gloves, hard hats, and connectivity that disappears in a basement. Any design that assumes a desk is already lost.

Offline-first is not a feature, it is the baseline. Capture must work fully disconnected and reconcile predictably when a signal returns, with conflicts surfaced rather than silently resolved.

Reduce input to the minimum a supervisor can complete between tasks: photo, tag, and a short structured note beats a fifteen-field inspection form every time.

Prove value back to the field. When a daily report becomes the thing that settles a variation claim, adoption stops being a change-management exercise.
